Done Wrong By A Dog Trainer? Sue Them – Here’s How!

How can you sue a dog trainer? That contract you signed – was never valid to begin with. Let me explain.

What you know as “Dog Training” literally is what trainers call “Operant Conditioning”.. And just how do they define “Operant Conditioning”? A method of behavioral modification using reward and punishment. What represents “Reward and Punishment”? The Quadrant Of Dog Training.

Positive Reinforcement, Negative Reinforcement, Positive Punishment, Negative Punishment.

Dog training IS Operant Conditioning – Which IS The Quadrants Of Dog Training. They are interchangeable as terms. So when you see “dog training” in a contract? It’s already null and void. Problem is – their very definition of “Operant Conditioning” is completely fabricated – it’s out to lunch. What they define as Positive Reinforcement is a complete fabrication – it is a complete and utter lack of understanding of what Positive Reinforcement really is.

How did Skinner – the father of Operant Conditioning – define it? You need to look at the world through your dogs eyes – it’s the positive and negative consequences of their actions that become the Positive and Negative Reinforcements that shape their behavior. Dog trainers have you creating this tiny world of “reward and punishment” for your dog to Operant Condition themselves to. And people are screaming “why isn’t this working?!?” Wonder no more. It’s garbage. Now you know why Robert Cabral is selling t-shirts on his website saying clearly – “Science has no place in dog training”. Welcome to the science that he doesn’t want in dog training – it’s not convenient to his wallet.

So what is Operant Conditioning – from Skinner himself. Everyone should read the book “About Behaviorism”. It’ll rock your world.

A very different process, through which a person comes to deal effectively with a new environment, is operant conditioning. Many things in the environment, such as food and water, sexual contact, and escape from harm, are crucial for the survival of the individual and the species, and any be­havior which produces them therefore has survival value.
Through the process of operant conditioning, behavior having this kind of consequence becomes more likely to occur. The behavior is said to be strengthened by its consequences, and for that reason the consequences themselves are called “reinforcers.”

Yep – it’s all about survival of the animal and the species. How did trainers get “reward and punishment” out of Skinner? Things that make you go hrmmm. And it should make you ask the question – am I being lied to?

If your child reaches out and touches a hot stove? The Negative consequence of a burn teaches your child to avoid the stove. It immediately becomes a Negative Reinforcement that shapes the childs behavior to fight or flight – in this case “avoid” the stove. It’s no different for your dog. Welcome to behavioral psychology – this is the shit that isn’t convenient to dog trainers. There is no money in dog owners understanding a bit of science. But there is a cash cow in ignorance.

Welcome to Zak George’s “Scientific Consensus” – it’s science by vote. If you can get enough birds together that are willing to chirp the same song – there is your consensus. If there was ANY science to what they are selling – they would just call it “Science” no? They can’t call it science – cause there is no science to it. It’s all one big fabrication. But yet – vets are following the “scientific consensus”. Trainers are following the “scientific consensus”. Behaviorists are following the “scientific consensus”. Vet Behaviorist are following the “scientific consensus”. And the outcome of all this? Robert Cabrals Pet Care Conglomerate – it’s at least an $80 billion dollar industry and in Cabrals own words – dog training has a huge slice of that pie.

Not one of them can define the word behavior – but they are all behavioral experts. It’s not convenient for them to define that one word. Once you define the very word “behavior” – then behavioral euthanasia isn’t an option at all – it shouldn’t be happening at all. But all these people that scream “scientific consensus” are lining up to tell you to kill your dog. And these people have killed MILLIONS of dogs just in the last 20 years – because they don’t understand what a behaviour is. Welcome to what you call “dog training”.

If you have a trainer, a behaviorist, a vet or a vet behaviourist telling you to kill your dog? You get them face to face – and you ask them to define the word behavior. They can’t – and they won’t. Any vet that tells you to kill your dog behaviorally – needs to lose their license. They shouldn’t be practicing vet medicine – cause “do no harm” really is out the window.

I’ve done consults with dog owners – they have their vet, their trainer and their behaviourist calling them – demanding that they make an appointment to bring the dog in so they can euthanize that dog. What the hell is going on? If you are a dog owner that behaviourally euthanized your dog – especially if you’ve been pressured – from the bottom of my heart I apologize. This is a bitter pill to swallow.

Konrad Most is the very basis for all this garbage today. Who is Konrad Most? The most hidden name in dog training. Konrad was a Colonel in the German Military back in World War 1 – the man had no education at all – let alone a psychology degree. He only trained German Shepherds for the war effort and he trained them for complete obedience – by hook or by crook. He didn’t train malamutes, or dobermans – or Chihuahua’s – but here we are… He even lays out rules for beating the dog into submission using that Schutzhund/IGP stick. Yes – the stick part of carrot and stick.

The carrot and stick – inducement and compulsion – reward and punishment. Is it starting to sink in?

Today’s dog trainer can trace the roots of modern training to Training Dogs by Colonel Konard Most. Written in Germany in 1910, Training Dogs influenced how both dogs and trainers were taught in Europe and the United States for the next 50 years. It contains valuable and historically significant information.

21st century trainers and behaviorists will find it amazing to realize that early in the 20th century Konard Most was using and applying behavioral training principles with dogs long before B.F. Skinner! Most also created systematic and scientific method to teach trainers how to train the dog and his “Theory of Training” is a classic in the field. While Most’s methods may be viewed as harsh by modern dog trainers, the theory behind it was revolutionary for it’s time and it still applied today.

But I’m full of it right? I am the very cult that’s lying to you – according to Cabral and many others.

What is being sold to you as “Positive Reinforcement”? Konrad would call it Primary Inducement. Food and affection. Look it up for yourself – it’s not Positive Reinforcement. Real Positive Reinforcement is part and parcel of Radical Behaviorism – not their BS Methodological behaviorism that is Konrad Most.

Skinner himself would define “dog training” as “Methodological Behaviorism” – that effectively cuts the head off the dog. It doesn’t care that the dog has brain or a mind, it doesn’t care that the dog feels pain. It doesn’t care that the dog has emotions – which are actually instincts. It doesn’t care that the dog has intelligence or smarts. It’s just dumb animal that doesn’t care if it’s being shocked. And it’s the epitomy of lack of trust and respect.

And what I am selling is Radical Behaviorism which puts the head back on the dog! Radical behaviorism is the complete opposite of Methodological Behaviorism. This is psychology itself – the study of the mind and behavior. I’m giving you the real science of behaviour – it’s the science all its’ own.

But there isn’t much money in it – once you understand “Radical Behaviorism”? You will never “hire a trainer” ever again for your dogs behaviors. Because you will understand that YOU are the only one that can help your dog – you are the ONLY ones that can build that relationship with your dog. So what are the actual “Quadrants Of Dog Training” according to Konrad Most?

Primary and Secondary Inducement – and Primary and Secondary Inducive Compulsions. What you know as “balanced dog training” is also known as “Compulsion based dog training” for a reason – and that is the very reason. Most dog trainers know very well that they are blatantly lying to dog owners – and extorting them for money.

Welcome to Zak George’s real “Scientific Consensus” – and if you think that Zak doesn’t know the truth about what he is selling?

Zak – like every other trainer will blame B.F Skinner – the very FATHER of Operant Conditioning for the quadrants. Problem is – Skinner openly opposed the very use of punishment. So, just where did those Punishment Quadrants come from? Konrad Most of course – but you will never hear any dog trainer talk about Konrad Most – it’s not convenient to the pocket book.

Ivan Balabanov will put his face on camera – and talk all about Skinner and the quadrants of dog training. But yet, in one video – in his own words – “It wasn’t even a moral issue for Skinner – he openly opposed the use of punishment”. So Ivan – if Skinner openly opposed Punishment? Just where did those Punishment Quadrants come from? Dr. Perone destroyed you on camera – and he fully admits that he doesn’t know anything about dog training. Someone is blatantly lying – and it’s not me. And to add insult to injury? I’ve done a couple of consults with Ivans former clients. $10,000 spent on a course – and these owners got a copy of one book. It wasn’t from B.F Skinner – the man he blames for the Quadrants Of Dog Training. His clients got a copy of Konrad Most – Training Dogs – A Manual. You are being lied to…

When you are teaching your dog “Obedience” – you are employing IGP dog training without even realizing it. What is IGP? The dog training SPORT of obedience, tracking and protection. It was never designed to work on “Behaviours” in the first place.

And I will take that a step further. Larry Krohn on his public facebook page openly admits to manipulating the pet dog trainers into seeing the genius of IGP. Just use our tools to stop the behaviors. And what are those tools? The treats, the prongs, the ecollar, the crate, the muzzle etc – are the tools of IGP. They don’t belong in your hands – they don’t belong on your dog – and they don’t belong in pet stores.

Still not convinced? Meet Robert Cabral – Mr “Science Has No Place In Dog Training” himself. He sells t-shirts on his website with that saying. This is HIS live chat video on HIS own youtube channel that I’m linking to at the correct time frame. Robert claims to be a behavioral expert, 20 years in the behavior ring. Listen to Robert himself define the word behavior. But yet – Robert will sit on a live camera – and read an email from a viewer that he hasn’t met. About a dog that he hasn’t met, hasn’t assessed and hasn’t diagnosed? His advice was to “Hire A Trainer” cause you can’t possibly do it on your own. Or kill the dog – euthanize the dog. He’s done it at least twice – for a Pitbull and a Malinois. But Robert loves dogs right? Is it sinking in yet? Robert is an IGP trainer – a Schutzhund trainer that preaches Konrad Most – but blames Skinner himself. He doesn’t belong in the behavior ring in the first place. Robert is blatantly lying to you – and he knows it. That’s why he won’t dare utter my name – but he’s the one that took down my youtube channel. He calls me a liar and part of the cult. Why?

If you have an ill behaved child – you should be seeking out a behavioral psychologist to help. But when your dog is ill behaved – you are told to “hire a trainer” cause you can’t do it on your own. Behavioural psychology encompasses ALL of animal behavior – you are included in that. Skinner did experiments on animal in a lab in order to understand OUR behavior – we were the target of his research. Skinner wasn’t “training” anything.

That contract you signed? This is the very basis for all of it – and that very contract is a lie. A fabrication – and dog trainers – I’m telling you right now – it’s not going to protect your ass from accountability and liability.

How would I sue a dog trainer to get my money back? And vet bills? I’m taking B.F Skinner to court as a witness – bring that radical behaviorist to court with you. And kick the ever loving shit out of your “Methodological Behaviorism” with “Radical Behaviorism”.

So – what exactly is a behavior? It’s your body’s response to something in the environment. Humans also go “fight” (aggression) and flight (reactive). What pisses you off? What makes you show aggression? What scares you? What makes you reactive? Hormones – cortisol is your very fight and flight hormone – combine that with adrenaline? And it’s no different for the dog. Aggression and reactivity – they are NOT a diagnosis. A 5 year old child can bear witness to a dog rage on a leash – and declare it aggressive. Is it too much to ask for grown adult to do better? Can a dog trainer, or a vet do better? They don’t want to.

When your trainer or behaviourist tells you that your dog is “fear aggressive”? It’s two words put together to scare you – to create that trauma bond – that they can prey on. Your dog in reality is displaying aggression because they are scared. You as a human are no different in that regard. Why the lies? Create that cash cow and milk it for all it’s worth.

And if a vet doesn’t know this? How are they maintaining a valid license – and calling themselves a behaviourist? Is it starting to sink in yet?

Definitions are very important in a court of law. And let me tell you – dog trainers definition of Operant Conditioning which IS The Quadrants Of Dog Training – it won’t hold up in a court of law. You WILL be paying me and then some – that I can guarantee.

If you had to face me in court – or even on a zoom call? You will be done – you will lose.

Dog owners – if you pay the bills and stay quiet – and not sue? You are enabling these abusive dog trainers to destroy someone else. And that’s the very reason that “dog training” has assumed control of everything – because you don’t feel you have the right or ability to sue them.

Nobody is holding them accountable for the lies that they tell – or the destruction that they cause. I’ve talked to owners that are $30,000 dollars into this “scientific consensus” – and their lives are destroyed in the process. But don’t blame the quadrants right? It’s the owners fault for not following through? Are you serious?
